It is with great sadness that the family of Elizabeth Corpus Villarreal Rowley announces her passing on Sunday, September 23, 2018, at the age of 74 years.
Elizabeth will be lovingly remembered by her children, Robert (Bridgette), Jeanette (Martin), Randall, and Jeffrey (Kathryn). Along with their beloved father, Robert W. Rowley, they mourn her loss together as a family, knowing that she will be with them in their hearts forever.
Elizabeth’s siblings, Juan (Sandi), Rachel (Bob), Bertha, Ricardo (Karen), Lydia, Carlos, Michael, and Louis (Julie), will pray and celebrate knowing that Elizabeth reunites with their parents Juan and Chonita, sister Henrietta, and their most beloved late brother-in-law, Vern Post, in the Kingdom of Heaven.
As Elizabeth’s family navigates life without her, they must draw strength and help guide her grandchildren, Jon Martin Sanchez (Katrina); Robert Nicholas Rowley; Ethan Sanchez; Kevin and Katelyn Craig; Brook, Olivia, Gabrielle and Ava Carpenter; Amanda Brannan and Rebecca Peirce. She was so thankful for each of her grandchildren and drew strength knowing who each had become.
Elizabeth’s love of family was enriched by great grandchildren, Jacob and Josh; Sophia and McKenzie; and Peter Pierce, IV. She felt blessed by your presence in her family.
Significant others in Elizabeth’s life, including Melissa Blanchard, Tamie Fingleton, Lisa Larson and Scott Sherrill, all blessed her life. She loved each of these individuals dearly; their bonds and friendship comforted her greatly.
Saying goodbye to Elizabeth is heart breaking. Memories of her and her love provide her family and friends with needed strength to continue their journeys. Each day lived is one day closer to being with her once again. Her footprint in the lives of those she touched leaves a piece of her amazing grace. Everyone whose lives she touched is better for having known her.
