Irene Sally Peña, age 51, of Irving, Texas, entered eternal rest on November 14, 2018, in Carrollton, Texas. She was born in Gonzales, Texas, on December 2, 1966, to Cisto and Estefanaita Mendez Peña. Irene was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Mary Peña. She is survived by her children: Brandie Gonzales (Eliezer Moreira), Isreal Gonzales, Jr., Larisa Gonzales, and Haylee Peña; her grandchildren: Abriana Moreira, Mia Moreira, and Alexander Gonzales; her siblings: Cisto Pena, Jr., Clara Pena, and Jeremy Pena; numerous nieces and nephews, as well as other loving family and many friends.

A Visitation will be held prior to the service on Saturday, from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM at Finch Funeral Chapel in Nixon. Burial in the Nixon Latin American Cemetery will follow the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
