Marc Alan Ashley, of Mathis, Texas, entered eternal rest on February 14, 2019, in Corpus Christi, Texas, at the age of 66. He was born January 22, 1953, in Richmond, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Melvo Lee Ashley, and his mother, Opal Lea McCoy Gregory. Marc is survived by his son, Austin Alan Ashley and wife Hallie; step-daughter, Mysti Ashley; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; two sisters: Ginger Lamkin, Janet S. Pollock and husband Freddie; two brothers: Gary Ashley and wife Patsy, Jimmie Ashley and wife Melba; numerous nieces and nephews as well as other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held one hour before the service. Pastor Rhonda Troll will officiate the service with burial following in the Nixon Cemetery, Nixon, Texas. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
