Martin Winston West passed away on Thursday September 27, 2018 in Fairfield Texas at the age of 93. He was born March 12, 1925 in Wilson County, Texas to John Martin and Dela Mae (Wiley) West. Martin honorably served in the United States Navy and is a veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by his wife, Velma Lea (Bracewell) West; parents; and brother, Jodie West. Martin is survived by his children, Steve Winston West, Joy Marie Moore (Randy), and Lee Martin West; grandchildren, Martin Wesley Moore (Dawn) and Wendy Renea Clayton (James); sister, Nella Mae Broadway; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation will begin on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at Finch Funeral Chapel- Stockdale.
